The glue will hold better if you roughen the surface of the clip with sandpaper or an emory board, to give it some "tooth" for the glue to grab on to. Great video!
Just put the clips in the flat position back into place so they touch and use that as the clip on a page. I usually clip several pages just so it doesn't fall off too easily.
Cute idea, but you really could have made the video shorter.... one - two minutes max. Nine minutes (almost) way to long for hot glueing ribbon to a clip....

E6000 holds everything! I use it for my planner paperclips for flowers, etc.
You could use superglue or E6000 glue
this is the glue I use and they haven't come apart after a year of use :)
I also buy the stretchy elastic in the sewing section of WalMart and get all kinds of colors and patterns!
The simplest way that I've seen! Great vid! Thanks so much for sharing this video
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I was wondering how to do this. Thank you for sharing.
You can use a hair straightener on a low setting
to fix the crinkly ends! Just be careful with the sparkly ones.
Also, if you run a lighter along the edge of the elastic, that will keep it from fraying!
I feel the love :) great video girl!
Using the hair ties is a great idea to get cute elastics!
ROUGH UP SLIGHTLY AS VICTORIA MENTIONED AND THEN USE E-6000 glue TFS Cheryl
