My experience is worst There is no service for 1 week! No response from the manager/technician! Even they are not aware on when the connection will be restored! Have asked for refund and customer service people billing team will contact! still billing team is finding time to contact me! Worst ra! The fun fact is no internet for past one week and next week am getting reminder for next payment!

@@tommydineshthe reminder is through email! Am daily speaking with the customer care! Got in touch with the technical team and field manager! No use! I raised ticket almost 10 days ago! Still no updates from their end! When we ask the customer care ppl to connect to billing them, for refund their reply is we will ask them to call u! And still i did not get any call from billing team! I have never experienced such poor service in any of the industry!
