- Sonic, fed up with Eggman's recent evil schemes, challenges him to a game of chess aboard his battleship. Eggman, surprised by Sonic's bold move, accepts and sets up a massive chessboard using his fleet and Badniks as pieces. Eggman underestimates Sonic's intelligence but soon realizes he's outmatched when Sonic unleashes the Chaos Emeralds to become Super Sonic. Panicking, Eggman retreats to his Egg Suppository, but Super Sonic easily breaks through. Eggman pleads for another chance, but tricks Sonic with a UNO Reverse Card, trapping him with a magnetic field machine. As Sonic loses his Super form, Eggman reveals his sinister plan to awaken a powerful entity within the Earth. With no other choice, Sonic calls upon this entity, hoping for aid in his time of need. However, the entity's power manifests in an unexpected way, transforming Sonic into a FURRY, shocking Eggman with the unexpected twist.
