do this process in a positive state
1. cup of water (clear glass is suggested) 3/4 filled with water
2. hold it in front of u
3. say your intention/desire (don’t say i want, say i’m manifesting, i am getting, i have)
4. say 5-10 times, how ever much you need to feel positive
5. say thank you to the water and universe
6. drink it and feel GRATEFUL
