Honestly, i really love Furina in this quest because she's finally opened up to others. After the Fontaine archon quest shes finally free but still struggle to express herself. She still maintain her archon persona in public and she can only be herself when she's alone with the traveller. But in this quest she feels more relaxed and be herself in front of Clorinde, Navia and Lyney.

So you would assume that she would be of child age just by looking at her, unless you knew about her real age which is far past that. By that logic, she is a teenager only physically by average standards.
