Man that roof and door gave you a beating for your money...A gantry style overhead hoist would surely do you good in the shop especially on occasions like this...something to consider in a one-man workshop

Looks like undoing a chop is tougher than chopping it..😮....i agree with your method of putting the doors on first to help align the roof though😊

I use the forklift and door cart , it wouldn’t have been bad for the door but the truck sits so low
