I head cannoned this was happening in the tower, but in the intro Jester is in a bush, so I imagined she just summoned a singular bush in the tower to watch them from the bottom floor.

This is. Better than the original imo? The movie version just leans into the bickering part of the "bickering sexual tension" way too much for my tastes. I LOVE that this version emphasizes the sexual tension and really gives the idea that both of them are having *fun* during this interaction. I absolutely love their expressions and the timing of everything here!

Oh they're so flirty. I love this. I adore it. I have watched it about seven times. I loved Essek's teleport, the quick moments of beauyasha and fjorjester, and especially the last few seconds where they're approaching each other. It's just delightful all over.

I have watched this way too many times, it's so wonderfully animated, and so so cute. I went back and watched the original version, and this is so much better. Their expressions and everything made it much more flirty and like they were both properly into it and ahhhhh! Bad at thoughts but I really really loved it.

Back then, It was said with such a sad tone, that I wasn't sure if Caleb would even truly allow himself the luxury of a long term relationship with Essek(Ironically, The first ever episode of CR I watched was the last episode of S2. But I fell in love with Caleb almost instantly.).
