@@heavymetalphilosophy yep, he's a super talented dude. He made Ripped To Shreds video to Perverting the Funeral Rites(Stripping for the Dead) and imo fkn nailed it. I rarely watch videos anymore, but that is worth a view.
I have only listened to a handful of new releases, but so far my top 3 would be - Irreverence by Diablation, Aimin' for Oblivion by Invernoir, and Forever We Burn by High Parasite.
Hi Jon, its hard to help to spell the first word "et" in English here, but the rest of the sentence you did great, no worries (title is to be translated in "and the power of power", basically, which doesn't make sense but we know that this band is all about parody & fun, so...). Some cool music this week too...Me voting for Radiant Black this week (for both music & cover !)
Thanks Greg! Ok I'm gonna look into and focus more on my "et" as this seems to come up pretty regular. Especially since France has been so prolific lately. 🤘🤘
That High Parasite is a very fun listen. Also check out Ripped To Shreds and their new album Senshi...Super gnarly HM2 inspired DM with Thrash and grind influences. Nasty stuff indeed!🤘🤘
The Black Dahlia Murder killed it. I didn't expect it, but damn, is it good sh*t! I didn't expect a side project from a member of MDB. Interloper sounds badass. Blue Heron instantly got my attention when I got a bandcamp email from their label. Radiant Black? Hell yes!
Bro.... for real? How did you Not mention Blood Incantation ~ Absolute Elsewhere ??? It makes these bands look like sleepy eyed children by comparison ~
Because this episode was aired before that album released. If you look at the title this episode aired the weekend of September 27th. Absolute Elsewhere released on October 4th. And I totally did praise that masterpiece on the October 4th episode. 😉🤘🤘
The new album from Ripped to Shreds is also fantastic
Yes! My colleague at Metal Digest has been raving about it. I just figured out it's the same guy from Houkago Grind Time

And suddenly today Blood Incantation casually released a 20 minute song with music video which is a absolute banger!
I have to make time for this like as if I wanted to watch a TV show 😆🤘🤘
Thank you for including Radiant Black! Your channel is awesome
Thank you! 🙏🤘
Thanks for making me aware of High Parasite 🤘
My work here is done! 🤘🤘
Blue Heron!!!😊
Really impressed me! 🤘🤘
Carach Angren rules!!! Saw them live multiple times - one of my alltime fav bands. Hope they come back with a new album soon🤘cheers man
My first concert photography gig. Them, Gaerea and UADA opening for Rotting Christ. That's still crazy to think about 🤯🤘🤘
@@heavymetalphilosophy saw that same gig in Minnesota! So heavy!!
Another loaded week, I'm gonna have fun listening some new metal this week for sure.
Great job.
Hell yea Sal! 💪🤘🤘
Thanks again, Jon!
Thanks for being here on the regular Lupine! 🙏🤘
High parasite sounds great. 🤘🎸

Swamp coffin was killer!
Yes!! 🤘🤘
Bewitcher kicks ass! Old school vibes but not sounding like a cover band.
OMG the week is so packed with quality releases again. Top 10 will be just impossible this year.
Right!? Think I'm gonna have to split it up again. 🤔

Oh hell another band from Oregon truly fall is here 🤘🤘
What they got in the water in Oregon?
Also new Heriot is actually solid metalcore
Yea that one is a crusher for sure! 🤘🤘
You missed the amazing Deceitome album. That has the sickest artwork of 2024.
That is pretty sick 🤘🤘
Heriot the new album is great too
Yes!! 🤘🤘
You forgot the new Iron Discipline EP.
Don't usually do EPs on this show but good shout! 🤘🤘
Ultra vomit, cool, thanks from France
Thank you. And Viva La France🇫🇷
That's a great way to put it!
Hurricane Helene was pretty freakin metal down here this week. You come out ok, sir?
Yes thankfully. Little clean up to do. Thankfully I live up hill. I have friends in Indianapolis that got more damage than me which is crazy. 🤯

What a week! I know I keep saying that but the end of September and October is going to be quite voluminous 😆🤘
