Second bud picking of Red pine and Black pine

On the 5th of July, the second bud is cut after cutting the medium bud (short leaf method).
The working day is July 24th. (19 days after sprouting)
After cutting the medium shoots, many shoots may come out of the pruning area.
Unless there is a clear purpose,
I recommend picking two buds.
