I just knew I was going to love your home when I first saw the burgundy velvet ribbon you use inside and out. A member of my church who was a banker and also worked at a florist during holidays he would decorated the church with burgundy velvet ribbon and when I decorated my childhood home I also used burgundy ribbon and it helped me win the best decorated house contest 3 times starting when I was 15 years old!

Love everything about your style. I have collected vintage ornaments and other goodies for a very long time., I have made several wreaths using vintage ornaments. The shape of trees you created are beautiful. I always use a real, noble fir tree, as the branches are heavier for layering ornaments. I start decorating in November, as it takes me about 6 weeks to complete. I agree, having artificial garlands and greenery is essential for early decorating, and the ones you have are stunning. I also like your pretty cat watching from the stool. Thanks for sharing!
