How did you enjoy cheer
Congratulations. Proud of you. Some of the girls need more flexibility in their legs and two girls need to strengthen their arms. What are the age ranges together? Sometimes it helped me to watch and practice with older more experienced girls off n on. It helps if every one on their own stretches every day twice a day for 15 minutes. And practice splits and hand stands. As we get older even as children if we don’t practice you lose flexibility.
