- Ride along with Dave and Karl as they fish in the 4th Joe Bass Team Qualifier on Truman lake. Water temps are in the low 80's. Karl has a crank bait that is hot on tourney day. I just love watching you fish one of my very favorite lakes. I wish I could fish Truman more often but do enjoy watching you catch fish in places I've fished before

I’m an east coast guy, never made a cast in your area from a boat. But I really enjoy watching your videos. I like the simplicity and straight forwardness, and also the weigh in at the end; most guys don’t film that. Wish there were more guys filming like you do. Tight lines and keep doing what you’re doing!
Another great video Dave. Use my FFS basically the same way. Where’s the bait located and where the bass are in relation to the bait. In early spring and fall I use it to watch the bait get to them. It’s a great tool that is used like any other tool on my boat.
I’ve been using a BX Big Brat for a few years now. At times it is on fire!
I bought the Active Target 1 right after 2 came out. I got it for $1,000 less. So it was $699. I also got the HDS Live the same way. I don’t have to have the latest and greatest. I use mine to locate the fish and see how deep. I have on,y seen my bait bite 5 times since March when I installed it.
Great video Dave, I use the ffs more for looking at structure than fish...great tool.
You are dead on. FFS is a water elimination tool for me. 360 and FFS gives you the total picture to make better decisions while fishing "off shore"
Like the brat, also have enjoyed throwing their Rocco since it came out a year or two ago. They just released a Big Rocco, will certainly pick them up too
I use FFS exactly as you describe in your intro!

@@IH_Fishing it’s called a “Gooseneck “ it’s black and you can remove or replace sections… (Amazon purchase)..comes with a clamp I’ve never used…standard go pro sticky mounts on your windshield will hold them up.. Go for it… wish I had started earlier💪🎯Thanks for watching

@@IH_Fishing usually sell the boat before it needs replacement… try to pick the angle that matches your windshields angle and at least one year🎯
