Big Sandy on a dry run will give everyone a workout. 12psi with the family in the hilux is not uncommon. Getting off 3 rivers thankfully is always fun. Heaps to explore and fun for everyone at Byfield and 5 rocks. Still finding new things 20+ years on.

Thanks Rob! Oh tell me about it, that thing will be the death of me! It only has one strap which is to stop it flying forward in an accident but it just seems to always get loose, it does look worse on tracks like that though lol... she’s 7 in a few weeks and legally the thing can go! 👏🏻
I may have missed it, but which drone did you use. I assume it has the auto finder if thats what its called were can set it off and follows you?..they are a nifty bit of kit!
The cheap compressor plastic hose weakens when heated. Rest and cool, or replace it with quality hose, and use fittings that allows you to maintain any further failures.
This is a cheapy as our quality one finally gave in but, we didn’t want to spend much as we have an on board compressor being built into our new car this month! Made for an interesting story and journey anyway! 🤪
Those passion fruit are native to Australia, Passiflora Aurantia. I quite like them, they are beautiful scooped out into ice cream or yogurt. They may be slightly more tart than the cultivated ones which have had many years of breeding for size and sugar levels.
so i have driven this quite a few times as a ex local and you guys got lucky you visited after rain and by the looks a bit rain recently judging by the flow of waterpark creek come back in the middle of summer when it hasn't rained in 6 months and midday in 35+ temp and big sandy can get difficult
We’d love to give it a go at it’s worst! We got lucky which was good for all the kids but Chris and I live for a good challenge usually and thought we were going to have it here! Oh well, next time! 🤟🏻
Hey Jason, we love it and haven’t had any major dramas, only a couple of small ones in the beginning like a leaky tap and a scuff mark (similar to building a house, there are always little tweaks to be made!) the prices are unreal compared to most of the same quality on the market also!
The drone shots are amazing hey 😍 We don’t use an app for the parks just the website. Sian downloads all the maps before we get there as often there is no service!!
Loving your videos, and the drone footage is awesome. But PLEASE wear your seat belts. I was horrified seeing Jayda bouncing around in the back seat, she could have easily smashed her head. You talked about being safe on the road in the last video I watched, that means all the time, where ever you are. You are going on rough roads, who knows what could happen. Its not a matter of whether or not you get caught, its a matter of safety for your whole family. Remember you are now sharing yourselves with the world, you are now role models for others. Sorry if I sound like your Mum, but I care :)
I use to have a similar air compressor and it failed every time I used it! Upgraded to a single ARB in portable box and it Has worked every time ! best thing I did and as your travelling full time it might be money well spent. Also don’t be scared to drop the tyre down to 10psi as it may be the only option out some times.
Hey Danny, we’re actually upgrading the whole car in a week! It’s going to be the best touring and 4x4 rig... stay tuned for more! It will have onboard air 😍 we don’t often go to 10psi but I’m sure there will come the time... it feels so unnatural 😂
I would not recommend swimming at "Water Park Creek" it's full of fresh water stone fish "Bullrout" upper stoney creek still has some but nowhere near as many
You guys need a navigation app loaded on your phone, just my 2 cents worth. Ps beware of putting footage out of not wearing seatbelt. Qld park tracks and beaches are treated as roads by the police.
I know we do, and we will eventually... funny how things like this we still haven’t done 🗺 😂 we know it’s considered a road and we take that risk when it’s off, if anything we’ll have to start putting it on for comments like yours lol, we’ve had a few in our videos over time 🙈

Try doing it after a couple of months of zero rain. The sand is like powder and yes, if you're not on the ball, you will get stuck.

Hey mate, we have a DJI Mavic Pro 2, it has ‘active track’ so you can set and go! Makes for easy recording and smooth video 👌🏻
