Waiting until they are out of your house meaning they are an adult might take more work to look how they want. Non of my business and probably something you're not ready to talk with your child about but sex. When you are ready teach them to always use protection even if it feels better without will save them from diseases that their partner may not know they have. Also if you child is a bottom they will need to purchase one of those hot water bottles that you can hang up fill it up with luke warm water and like a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and flush their body before having sex even if it's when they're married.
