I mean... she wrote both Gone and On The Ground. But as Marissa said, real singers tend to somehow excel in borrowing the emotions and thoughts of the emotions of the songwriter/original singer (Rosé even said that in one episode of Light Up The Sky in her studio).
Rosé is just like IU and Taeyeon, tho they all have different types of voice and techniques, you could literally feel the emotion when they're singing.
