Please, don't let the negative comments let you down! You're a 1 person small business owner and you do what you can! People don't seem to always realise that and in a moment of unhappyness about not being able to order, they blame you. It's just the heat of the moment for them, don't let it get to you! You're such a nice and positive spirit, please keep that up.

Also, yes! I am trying my best to find alternatives that are more eco-friendly. But unfortunately, paper wouldn’t protect the clothing from water.

Have you heard about NoIssue packaging? They have compostable mailers which seem like water protective to me. You can also start with just the second layer in paper, then the plastic around the clothes will keep protecting them. Small steps also help!

For shipping, if your in the US have looked in using the flat rate boxes and envelops? My dad loves using them because it's not shipped by weight just box size. It might make shipping where you don't have to cover part of the cost.

Hi! I have had an ecommerce too! You can pack faster if first stick all address in the envelopes. You can also pre pack some items, and when you sell, just stick the address. And about negative comments, I always received some, even when I did everything perfectly. People forget that is a human in the other side. It’s very stressful, but you need to focus on the positive comments. Don’t let stupid people ruin your dreams, you’re doing great!
Those ppl that wrote those comments are the inconsiderate ones. I think one thing that makes ur biz so successful is how you document yourself as the creator behind the brand. That personal touch of you sharing you along with the clothes is really important. It’s community! And you do that soooo well
IMO a major upgrade to what an amazing operation you are already doing...customize those poly bags to fun designs, either seasonal or brand specific! Either way the cost is minimal.

Sophie, people always has something to complain about. Think of it this way.... IT'S YOUR BUSINESS! Dont let people get you down. As the World is these days, I have never seen or heard so many people trying to put people down. But you do it your way. We have an example in my home town, and this business has been running for over 40 years, its just a little mom and dad store selling chicken, they have a certain amount of chicken each day, and they sell out each day. So again, do the business your way, dont let people put you down! YOU ARE AWESOME!

This is my first time watching your Vlog and i must say, ignore all the haters. I've seen other businesses that sell out as quick and you did and that hasn't hurt them. If anything it shows how in demand your stuff is and will serve to add more hype. Definitely agree with adding a preorder option. You can even set an amount for that. So like sell what you have on hand, and then have a preorder option for like 20. After that, others will have to wait for the next launch. Keep doing your best ^_^ you've gained a new follower today.
