Best forecaster ever... So confident and cheery. Thanks Honour
This lady is a fantastic and confident presenter.
At this time of year, I don't really care about the temperature. It's always going to feel at least somewhat chilly. I care most about sunshine. When it's dreary in winter during the day, I feel claustrophobic because it's too dark for too long.
Maybe it's time to treat yourself to a daylight lamp to brighten your home and mood.
I live in caravan and grow veg commercially in a greenhouse. Temperatures are important to me.
I genuinely can't remember when we had a clear blue sky day! Hate all this cloud.
Superb presentation.
Thorough , clear and wonderfully presented . Five star forecast 👍
Lots of information clearly presented, nice👍!!
Thanks Honor well presented and very informative 🎉🎉
At least it will be dry in East Anglia this weekend , also look like we may even see a little sun ❤
What a clear presentation 👏 get her back on!
Thanks Honer ❄❄❄☃❄❄☃❄☃❄
Thank you, Honor
Coatbridge, Scotland, freezing fog and minus 3 , but the buckfast tonic wine keeps you warm!!!😊
Thanks honor. 😊
Have a lovely athernoon.
Hopefully not yet another boring mild Christmas. Would love some proper snow here in the east!
thank you 🙂
Grey? Beautiful crisp clear and freezing (-9) day here in the Highlands.
Great presentation, thank you. Philip.
Thank Honor for the updated forecast
Always happy for the mild working in the cold! Thanks honor, let’s keep this mild theme going 🎉🎉
Thanks Honor,. Can I order some snow for Christmas Day please?
It's never grey when Honour is on our screen
Great delivery of the forecast .
Take care
Thank you Honour. Very well done and informative. I'll keep my brolly close by.
After it being a very wet two years, I am starting to see a drying trend, since June this year (bar parts of July and the very wet September for England), we could see the 3rd dry month on the trot as October was slightly drier (for a change) and November quite dry indeed, could this be an indicator for something interesting summerwise next year? Who knows
been foggy and below zero for 2 days now ,4c sounds tropical !
Last three days bright sunshine in Scotland. Is it all about ingerland
It is freezing and the bills go up again in January people are feeling the pinch already it's not right.
More grey, it's getting depressing
"Rainfall" how about some units of measurement please??
Why I hasnt got my vest out yet not been cold a noth mild air sometimes don't know what to wear
Wind and rain or gloom and doom. Only meteorologists can work up enthusiasm about such a forecast.
Looking forward to this update.
Many thanks Honor, still very gloomy around the bulk of the country then. Still, at least we’ll have some rain, but no snow, which is pretty much what Aidan said last night. Thanks again, to the Met Office too.
Take great everyone
I have a question can 12 year olds join the met office
The LTA for mean daily maximum for Norwich in December is 7.6°C [1981-2010], so your forecast of 10°C on Thu afternoon are a couple of degrees above average, so temperatures aren't really struggling at all.🤨
Look at Glasgow, for example. These are also figures for towns and cities so other areas will be colder than these figures show.
Thank youfor the cold, Canada 🙄
We will need webbed feet before long😂
Normal Christmas British weather to be honest
The shortest 10 day trend on record.
As regards your forecast for Thursday - "You might just see some brightness start to develop across parts of Scotland" - have you just got back from a week in Tenerife by any chance?
Thank you.
