Great video, I see from your site that you offer full designs. but are your show rooms walk in too ? I'm looking at tile options but already have the pool designed.
Thank you Paul for the kind words. All of our showrooms are open for you to walk in and see building material options. Being able to see the materials in the sunlight and being able to touch & feel the materials can help greatly in the selection process.
Great video! Question on curvilinear waterline tile selection. Would 2x4 glass subway tile need to have a ton of cuts when applied? I saw online someone had larger 6x6 and that had to be cut on only the tightest of roman curve. Our curves are more gentle in bend. If 2 x 4 is something you wouldn't recommend I can choose something else.
Hello Shelly, thanks for watching! We can easily install a 2”x4” tile on the waterline with curves. Keep in mind, there is an upgrade charge for all glass tile installation. 6”x6” tile is the standard and will also work with gentle curves.
I have a question regarding glass tile longevity. Our PB said glass tile cracks and wouldn’t warranty the tile job if we go glass 1x1 iridescent tile. So now we are on the fence. Any advice please.
Hey there ninerlen, thanks for the inquiry, hopefully we can help. What city do you live in? The #1 tip we would provide is to make sure that any tile you use for your pool or around the water is rated for pool use. At CPL we use 1x1 glass tile and haven't had issues, but certainly your region and specific company you are working with might have some different input.
Hi Mariane - natural stone isn't used on the waterline primarily because it can erode due to extreme weather, salt systems, or chemical imbalances Thank you for watching!.

Why aren't natural stone based tiles recommended for waterline tile?

Lori has always been a 10 for us, one of the best in the biz.
Your background music way too loud.. it's just become a big distraction. Can't hear the person talking clearly.
