Here we made a caramel bay pumpkin pie with pecans, a persimmon cardamom pumpkin pie, and a savory pumpkin pie with a creamy custard. We're mostly recipe testing at this point, so while you can follow along none of these pies have reached their final form. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
