What format must the photos be. When I add JPEG on the usb it says " No Images"

Mine can’t recognize my memory card or photos put into the sd card from the computer

Sometime the sd card is locked. There are 2 small buttons on both side of the sd card try to change them or just transfer the images to your USB mybe it will work.
