    The Present Continuous (also called the Present Progressive) is used for:

    ✅ Temporary actions (I’m staying with my parents for a few weeks.)
    ✅ Future plans (I’m meeting my friend tomorrow.) - Not covered in this video
    In this lesson, we focus on temporary actions, which means things that are happening around now but won’t last forever.

    1. Weekend Golf Plans
    A: What are you doing this weekend?
    B: My husband won’t be here this weekend. He’s spending the weekend with his brother playing golf.
    A: That sounds fun for him! What about you?
    B: I’m just relaxing at home. I might watch some movies.
    A: That sounds like a great plan.
    B: Thanks! It’ll be nice to have some quiet time.
    2. Living with Parents
    A: Where are you living right now?
    B: At the moment, I’m living with my parents till I’ve saved up enough money to move out.
    A: That makes sense. It’s smart to save money.
    B: Yeah, but I can’t wait to have my own place.
    A: Do you have a goal in mind?
    B: Hopefully in the next six months.
    3. Summer School Job
    A: What are you doing for work right now?
    B: I’m teaching in a summer school for a few weeks.
