    Those look beautiful. I go by the lines on the cups as well when resining my acrylic pours, and I use the sponge too (it’s very helpful for spreading and hasn’t left any lines on my paintings).

    • @creativedesignsbyyr
      @creativedesignsbyyr  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Annie Littlewolf at least a week but full cure could take a couple of weeks. Read the directions on the back of your resin to see what is recommended. Thanks for watching. 🙂

    Missing the edges is probably the fact they are not truly level and it flows away from the edge. Leveling them is a Big pain but necessary.

    Because cups are narrow and expand closer to the top… to ensure correct amounts just check using 2 cups and then add all to one, to determine correct amounts? Then mark your cup at both levels?

      @@creativedesignsbyyr Can I ask what epoxy resin you use. I have tried a few kinds and I thought ally epoxy resin was heat resistant, but then i read that it was only heat resistant up to like 130 F. I feel as that is a pretty low temperature and that it won't work for coasters and trivets. Is there epoxy resin out there that is both jewelry grade and is heat resistant to much higher temps? I appreciate your help. Thank you!

      Lowes sells 4x4 for .15 cents..or Home Depot (for some reason the 4x4 tiles from Home Depot are slightly larger and have a slight bump on edge-nothing to terrible)
