Thank God for Fr. Jim Blount. Several of my friends also listen to Fr. Jim's programs and we learned to pray the FOL Rosary for years now. The greatest miracle so far is the conversion of our priest who now serves Jesus to us only when we are on our knees and we receive Him on our tongue. Praise the Lord. We are from Taipei, Taiwan.

Dear Lord I feel so empty now that I don't receive you and I can't meet you in the sacrament of reconciliation.
I think I can read between the lines here. I traveled the same road. Just because you can't receive Communion or Absolution doesn't mean you can't attend Mass or confess your sins. You can receive actual graces even when you are under mortal sin. Your desire for God will grow until you are open to all conditions for repentance. Jesus said that he would in no wise turn away anyone who seeks Him. Trust Him.

I'm in the process of examining my conscience..many years away from the Church..much to remember that I've put out of my memory. I pray to OUR lady of Sorrows. She can intercede for u to have sorrow for all your sins and to pray also to her husband the "Holy Ghost" to help u remember everything. If u do a general confession and remember something udidnt confess afterward, that is still a good confession and u can confess that sin at your earliest chance. U r not obliged since ur slate was wiped clean if u truly thought u confessed everything. It is up to u if u want to confess that forgotten sin. Praying for u to have the courage to get to confession! U can ask a priest for a blessing to help u make a good examination of conscience..😊 ❤ 🙏 😢😢
