Field link is another software. I find it the most layout friendly. Access is good and still pretty usable. I think the last one i used was site works. It seemed to be more for topos and too many strokes to do things. Then again I'm a guy that prefers a Yuma 2 with an old Field link software like (i forget the year) 2010. It was very mechanical software that once you learned the software, it was muscle memory. Same thing with Leica. I really liked the TS15. Was okay with the TS16 with the carousel, but now got to play with an old 1203 and absolutely love the machine. I let my guys use the 15s and 16s and i use the 12 (1200). But I'll break out the MS60 when i am doing site control or i need to do a scan. The 1200, like the Yuma with field link. Very mechanical and it becomes muscle memory.
What is field link? Im familiar with Trimble Access. Also this is survey 101 stuff with the offsets.

Absolute Constant to Leica is +34.4mm. Trimble 360 with a +2 is 36.4mm in leica.
