  • The cooking method when tempura batter bloom like flower in hot oil is called Hanaage (花揚げ), hana means flower and age means deep frying.

     1/2 of beaten egg
    40ml of cold water
    10g of poteto starch
    20g of flour
    some Agedama
    ●Agedama
    25g of flour
    50ml of cold water
    ●Liquid for thawing
    500ml of water
    2 tbsp of baking soda for cooking
