1. The Lamas, Lopens, and Monks of Shechen Monastery conduct the Vajrasattva Drupchod every morning during the entire Terdzo Empowerment.
2. Khyabe Rinpoche prepares for and bestows Empowerments.
3. The Trulkus, Khenpos, and Lamas distribute Empowerment substances to the devotees.
4. The Mandala is created by the Shechen Monks.
5. Tsali, text screening, and video control are led by a Shechen Lopen.
6. Adzom Gyalse and Khenpo Sangay Phuntsho oversee the preparation of the Empowerment Mandala, with assistance from the Shechen monks.
7. Torma making led by Lopen Pema Thirchen and his team throughout the Empowerment.
8. The Shechen Nuns perform daily cleaning of the Empowerment hall every evening.
9. The Lopeanma and Nuns from Shechen Nunnery conducts daily Dharmapala (Ngodrup Roltsho) Puja every morning during the entire Terdzo Empowerment.
