Have you tried learning the one arm handstand? That might help you out because that move will give you strength in each shoulder individually meaning that you will be able to hold yourself up a lot longer when you're doing your flares. There's other things that go into the move, but learning the one arm handstand is what allowed me to get multiple flares.
@@FREECHEQ i think your talking about airfalres not flares.. how dose holding a one arm handstand help with flares. since htat balance point is completly different to the flare. eithe way even being able to do the 1 arm handstand and even elephent lift reps at one time..that did not help me with flare.
@@djam7484 Well that's how I got my flares. I thinkby learning the one arm handstand it gave me more strength in my lats as well. By you practicing the one arm handstand, you'll see progress in 2 weeks alone. I don't know how many flares you can do right now but once you start practicing that move then you'll be able to do a lot more. It could also be the way you move your legs or how far/close you put yours hands on the ground when trying to do more flares. In the end, it's just a suggestion. You don't have to do it if you don't want to.
Could it be that you lack the flexibility to perform the move? Can you do a full split, pancake stretch, V-Sit, Straddle Planche, Press to Handstand, Windmill, Head to Toe Stretch?
This is so well done! The questions and ans all on point!

@@FREECHEQ I used to hold 1 arm handstand for close to 60 seconds..did not help with flares.
