I appreciate you doing these console friendly builds. I started playing again about a month ago and every build I tried just didn't play as well as the TH-cam videos. IMO massive could stand to tone down the recoil on consoles seeing as it is more punishing when playing with a controller.

If you wanted to you could try running with 3 Striker and 3 Predator. You'd miss out on some health on kill from nomad but if you've got some on your gear plus maybe sustained on your weapon I think you could still do decently. I wish you luck in finding a Ninjabike!
Having a pulse and precision isn’t ideal, since one of them is always inactive. Pulse overrides precision. Same thing with unforgiving and vicious. You can take off vicious and put responsive, unforgiving and responsive would benefit you more. The build surely performs well, Nicely put together.
Thanks for all the feedback sunshine! Good stuff. My problem is my pulse doesn't have a fast enough cooldown that I can keep everyone pulsed so I like to have precision as a backup in those multi-wave engagements where I used my pulse already on the first wave. Probably better options though..
Both are awesome builds! The PVE version works out well - I keep a similar loadout even after I've completed my Striker set. I've found it more effective than using the 6-piece Striker in PVE content. I keep a couple of decent ACRs which I love always. The recoil on M4 or LVOA-C is a bit hard for me to control when the Tac Link is active. ACR works for me in that regard. Have you tried Sustained talent for additional Health On Kill? I feel CHC is also great for PVE. Although it doesn't shred, it is versatile if I just want to keep a single build between PVE or PVP content.
ACRs are pretty great though their damage lags behind M4s by around 8% but if the easier handling means you're hitting 10% more shots it's worth it right? If you can mange to get your hands on a decent G36 that's where it's at. I stick a laser on it and it feels like the M4 but easier and with better reload speed! I like sustained on weapons for builds I can't sneak some Nomad into so I can get up at 21% HOK. Something like a Lone Star build. I think someone phrased a comment about EAD vs crit pretty well the other day: Crit is great in PvP and okay in PvE, EAD is great in PvE and subpar in PvP. If you need a true one size fits all build you could totally go for the crit build and just equip traditional PvE weapon talents like destructive, vicious/sustained, determined in PvE content then switch that baby out for a pure PvP gun when you plan to try to take out rogues.
Speaking of G36, I just finished a round of Lexington and got a drop - Competent/Predatory/Focused. I will definitely roll Focused to something else and try it out.
Your voice seems to low. Does the bullfrog talent damage will be affected by the stability roll in backpack. Good video anyway. Most people still use nomad/striker on pvp. Most annoying thing about hexotic build is that optimizing ninjabike to high gearscore, since division tech are hard to get and when optimizing the backpack, it will just increase only +1/+2 score. The best it to fully optimise all others then end it on backpack....
Bullfrog talent is only affected by weapon mods so stuff like stats on backpack, the 2pc striker set bonus, steady hands player talent, and capable weapon talent don't count against it. And yeah you're certainly at a disadvantage in PvP vs the meta trio of Striker, Nomad and Predator but at least the crit version is a bit better off vs players than the EAD PvE version.
I did and I had to throw out a ton of content because too many enemies were getting killed with the outbreak bonus. It was tough but hopefully the content I did find was good enough.
