Note: 33:40 mark - Update: Ledger does not save any descriptor actually. Instead it provides a signature of the descriptor to the computer that proves the wallet was registered by the user. When you spend, Liana also sends that signature to the Ledger for it to know it can trust the descriptor. So technically, you can have as many descriptors "registered" on your Ledger as you want although none of them are actually saved to the Ledger itself.

Note: 12min mark - Weather or not the custodian maintains a copy of your wallet descriptor is up to you. For maximum privacy you would not want them to have it however that comes with the trade-off of a situation arising where your family is seeking access to your wallet after your death and you never left the wallet descriptor for them. In this case, even with the key the custodian would not be able to re-claim funds on your behalf.
