I went to this restaurant yesterday with my family and it turned out to be a pathetic experience. Food is tasteless and most of the kebabs were burnt. Service was extremely poor. I don't think any business can sustain with such poor customer service. It's a total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Stay miles away from this place.

Brother! In the first place that’s a buffet restaurant which serves 100+ items and biryani is one of them and if you want to have lot of Biryanis or pulav’s. Visit any Restaurant in Hyderabad serving Biryani not the buffets and Hyderabadi biryani is the only best biryani🔥

I saw this video and went to this place on 31st August 2022. Please remove 10℅ discount from your video. It's misleading.
Positives
1. Food is tasty.
2. Variety of dishes.
Negatives.
1. No 10% or any discount.
2. Mocktails are chargeable. Had to shell out around Rs. 1000 extra (4 persons) . No body informed that it is chargeable even while taking order. They should have informed about charges. Waiter told that mocktails are free for lunch buffet from Monday to Thursday.
3. They collect tip (around 2.5%) in the biil itself though it is optional for customers to pay or not. Normally customers do not read the entire bill. It's customers discretion whether they want to give tip or not. Sometimes it can amount to more than 2.5% or even zero tip.

• 10% Discount offer got expired in that month end itself and it was an inaugural offer. You could have check the same thing before heading to the outlet either on Call / Instagram DM. At least you could have checked the same after visiting the outlet with the management.
• Where ever you go the mocktails are chargeable and there are few cases where they might offer a free mock tail or welcome drink and it completely depends on the management again. It would be really great if you could have asked the same to the steward and also I didn’t mention that mocktails are complementary.
• Government has passed a GO where any Food and Beverage serving outlet isn’t supposed to add Service charges and if they did so the customer has a right to report the same and also on request the Service charge can be removed if you state the same to the steward or the manager.
after watching this video , I visited this place .. but it's not worth the money..compared to other bbq I will give 2/10 rating.. plz don't go to BBQ spice

Let us tell you one thing almost 568 people had our food that day when you visited
Not even a single guest felt sick and complained about the food
Also our staff mentioned you that in a very polite way that "sir its a buffet restaurant we are always their for your service" they also asked your taste preferences but you didnt informed any thing about that
After having a deep discussion with our team we got to know that you were continuously forcing for the discount which wasnt possible on the busy day which was sunday
As we seen the whole footage it was very clear you spent almost 3+ hours by having your food
If it was that worst you would have been left at the same time
The reason why our waiter asked you to clear the plate was you all were having the desserts so its very common to ask for the main course plate clearance
Even after the bill issue we also requested that it is impossible and at that point only you started about complaining about the food
Sir if you never want to pay the bill thats completely fine but you dont have any right to point some brand on their quality and ethics
We can also share you atleast 100 guest contacts for the food feedback from the same day
And it was very clear no food blogger is your cousin
Pushing a worker who is working at a restaurant is very rude
