I don’t know if I agree 100% but they have to be above luffy for sure. I know how far he’s come and the whole grand fleet with him. Prime Whitebeard pirates took on Roger on equal footing. I still think Blackbeard and Shanks have an edge over Whitebeard but it’s debatable. However, Strawhats aren’t top 5 yet.
Love all of these Crews but here is an interesting fact in Japanese the Straw Hat Pirates are called “Mugiwara no Ichimi” while very other pirate crew are called (insert name) “Kaizokudan” which “Ichimi” means something like “gang” & by using the Goroawase (Japanese word play) you can make the Straw Hats Japanese name become 13 with “Ichi” = 1 & “mi” = 3, & when adding the “mu” = 6 from Mugiwara at the start makes 6 / 13 thus June 13th is officially Straw Hat Pirate Day

Don’t forget that besides Doffy, he also caused some imbalance with the Warlords after beating Crocodile. There’s also the fact that his actions kinda caused the destruction of Enies Lobby & also caused a massive breakout in Impel Down.

Moria's fruit in Daylight is Akainu levels dangerous , basically you die after he gets your shadow.This is probably one of the reasons Oda had Doflamingo jump him because he realized that with Moria's fruit and not a proper introduction of Haki yet , the Paramount War shouldn't even be such a big brainer about who should win. So that is all about Moria and his fruit is by no means weak.
