its something we have looked into BUT different children have different likes & dislikes for example Lakeside Mt Shannon in Clare I spoke to a family of 3 children that would not come back & I spoke to a similar family that love it there !!!!
Hi Charlie. I'm thinking of getting a caravan here in Ireland this summer. Looking for a forum to find out places to park up besides caravan parks, like private houses, pubs, land etc. I think it's very restricting to have to stay I sites.

Ahhh they are to be honest there's no comparison but they they have the weather for pools & outdoor dining and facilities like that.. We do have "some" very good sites her though!!!
I’d have to disagree on your number 1 pulled in there during the summer and was told fully book out that was no problem. When I asked could I pay to use the facilities I was told no and to remove my van from his site. Angry little man I’ll never be back to that site again.
ahhh that's what i like about life opinions vary... in saying that i'm very surprised to hear what you have said, maybe the man was having a bad (im not making excuses for that behaviour) after all we don't know what's going on in peoples lives...
