c'est vraiment la classe!!! super création, esthétique, ergonomique et utile.... vraiment un grand bravo... Après, au vu de ton équipement, on voit que tu maitrises le sujet 😉👍
Thanks. Not every tool is new , i buy some of them in a worse state and just fix them myself so its cheaper. I wont put the costs here because its not entirely new.
It came out amazing! Although I must say, far from DIY 😂, I am guessing it is very heavy too, which is not an advantage for such application. That said tho, it was super fun to watch you making it and showing off your bad ass skills
Thank you for your comment. You are right about DIY. It is a slightly higher level than home use thanks to the equipment I have. But I didn't have it in the past and I messed with profiles, rails, whatever I could. I didn't have a welding machine. I either borrowed it or tried to do it. otherwise. And it can be done, it just takes more time. As for the heaviness, it's definitely heavier than plastic. But I make it from what I find in the scrapyard and as cheaply as possible. I always try to do something different than others. Regards.
There’s quite a bit to unpack in this comment. While tools are essential, they’re only part of the equation. To effectively use these tools, you need a variety of skills, including manufacturing knowledge, material understanding, and some mathematical proficiency. Suggesting that this entire process is worth only $50 greatly undervalues the effort involved. In reality, the cost of materials alone can easily exceed twice that amount. Moreover, the time and expertise required to create such a high-quality build would bring the total cost into the several hundreds. It’s important to recognize the true value of craftsmanship and the resources it entails.
I don’t think anyone was suggesting you have to go out and buy all of these tools. Dude’s just so happens to have these tools available and he’s showing you what he’s done with them. Always a jealous one in the bunch. 😂
Agreed. I made my drill storage from 3” pvc the entire project took a couple hours, it was easy and has lasted for years. This project must have $300 in aluminum square tubing to store a few tools. Looks nice but way over done.
I don't have tools for working with wood, so it's easier for me to make them from aluminum or steel. I work with this and I have these tools. The material cost me $60. Plywood was probably cheaper. Could you do this faster? You'll have to answer for yourself because no, I don't work with wood.

Сам пытаюсь реализовать нечто подобное из фанеры. Проблема в том, что шурики и импакты весьма разные по габаритам. Автор молодец!
Thanks
awesome
Thank you for your comment😉
Sensational project...if I were you, I would try to sell it to a big store, like Home Depot, Lowes, Harbor Frieght...congratulations.
Thank you. Unfortunately, making something like this from new material would be too expensive. I managed to find almost everything at a scrapyard.

Привет. Отличная работа, молодец!

Looks like an awesome finished product! Great job with this. Do you have a link to that kind of aluminum tubing?
Thanks. Unfortunately, I don't have it. It was from scrap metal.
@pureexpanse ok gotcha, thanks!
@@EnochPedersen No problem.
Wish I knew what wheel he is using on the angle grinder that cuts aluminum that clean and easy.
This is one of the cheapest discs designed for aluminum, not stainless steel. I think you will definitely find one in your store.
чудова робота !
Thanks
Let's see, 4x4x¼ wall aluminum tube is $162.64/ft with rounded corners, that seems like a fairly pricey project, the chamfered corners added how much?
1 meter - $20 at scrap

Dzięki

No. No exaggeration. 😀Just my version.
Super sprawa. Gdzie znajdę taki profil?
Dzięki Naprawdę nie wiem. Ten co ja mam znalazłem na złomie.
Cool! Now all I have to do is buy another $2k worth of tools to make something to store my tools.
Thanks. If it's new, then probably yes. I look for bargains or damaged ones in decent condition and repair them.

Quá rãnh. Sao ko là gỗ hay nhựa dễ dàng hơn
Why? Because I work with metal and I have the tools for it. What's simpler? Probably plastic and wood.
Made by a millionaire. Made by an aluminum plant owner))
Its neither made by a millionaire nor its made by an aluminium plant owner - the material is bought from a scrapyard

Тот момент когда полка стоит дороже чем инструмент😂
If it were made of new material, it could cost so much. But since it was from a scrapyard, the price is reasonable.😉

I don't know how much your workshop costs. But this station cost me $60 with scrap material.
