It's looking and sounding REALLY good! I just got my E30 back on the road(for good this time I hope). Looking forwards to seeing this thing in person when local events start kicking back off.
Flashbacks of wrapping my downpipe with this lava wrap a few weeks back. Somehow it was worse to deal with than the old fiberglass stuff, wouldn't stop slipping at the beginning and seemed to slacken over time (as it dried?). Hopefully worth it though, and it looks fantastic either way haha.
I would spray the downpipe with hi temp silicone exhaust wrap spray. After a bunch of heat cycles it starts to get "flaky" and fiberglass gets all over the engine bay.
imho a turbocharger wastegate drilled and welded to turbochargers hot side reduses the boost spool time and performance of the turbo. why not a pipe from manifold near flange to wastegate??

I've been trying to figure out where to place mine (boosting a e30 m50tub25) I've seen on a few forums of guys tapping/epoxy fittings into the Intake manifold.
Bro dont use 10w40 that can Take more dirt and dont need a Lot refil but IT does too much presure.. im directly from Germany driving E34 i prefer 5w30 for fuel Motor. i think a Diesel can bei driven with 10w40
@@EuroGarageOfficial Thicker oil holds stronger film between heavy loaded engine components, which is even more important when engine power is increased, also driving in hot climate or-and driving your car hard, increases oil temperature, when oil temperature is rising it is getting thinner-weaker = increasing possibility to brake that oil film (mostly damage starts in rod bearings).
