I definitely noticed IT! It was definitely FedEx customs fault. I don't think weped put it in the box THAT way. But they definitely kould of packaged it up better.
@@dominiquelee4148 WEPED is responsible for the packaging. Customs didn’t open the box. WEPED is responsible for poorly packing the scooter and not having proper labels on the box giving Fedex the info on properly handling the box while shipping. What’s seen in the video is 100% Weped failure on how to secure the scooter. This product is very expensive and as a company when shipping expensive eScooters on have to have high quality service and packaging.

He made many promises and said WEPED is getting my parts ready to ship but he lied. Nothing wasn’t being shipped. His hands are tied cause he have no power if WEPED owner says NO. I emailed him and he’s ignoring my messages. Don’t trust any of them.

What the actual fuck even my ~1300$ was secured 10 times better and it wasnt even premium brand, not installed wheel alone is a freaking joke, and for their price…. I’d chose dualtron X cuz they come in literal steel cages secure AF
Hate you have to come across damages as you are opening the package. Definitely Weped fault on the packaging. They should have put the loose parts into another box and padded it along with rhe scooter for added protection.
