Wrong recipe. Ap ne bohat zada fry or cook kiye prwans. Prawns hard ho jatey. Only prawns cook 3 mins. Take out. Masala make sepreatly at end add fry prawns.
Never ever cook shrimp this long , it is a protein that will toughen up. Fry it for 6 mins take it out along with its water. The when you are making your masala use that shrimp water to keep it hydrated and cook it with that broth. Once the tomatoes are done at the end then add your shrimp and let them sit for 15 mins so the shrimp can absorb the Masala.
