It is a personal choice, but 9-558 has a face epilator which can be useful.

If done properly, you will not get in growth. But if you already have some, it wint help that.

Yes I do still use it and it works great.
The one with 8 attachments is out of stock. The only ones I do see are some sellers quoting a higher price and I do not recommend that.

Silk epil 9 is epilator and exfoliator while silk epil 7 is only an epilator. Epil 9 obviously comes with more attachments.
