Also he was missing a DLL file it seems I know RPG Maker games need you to install a runtime to be able to be played.

Oh yeah also, Kaizo Mario game with Lunar IPS because you use that to patch the ROM file.
Romhacking.net and most other sites don't share full ROMs for legal reasons.

A long time ago, I made a Super Mario World hack.
It ended up being one of "those" hacks that kills you as soon as you enter a level and forces you to use save states to slowly progress. I also somehow got my mom to play through it all the way.
