I came up with a boss battle scenario while listening.
You enter the chamber of the ancients, the large steel door slams behind you. A single 20 foot statue of the ancient one sits in the center as you inch closer to it you hear a faint music playing. Cracks and pops are heard emitting from the statue as it swivels it head to look at you as it stands. The battle is enitiated once it lets out a deep deafening bark.
