He has also done deluxe reissues of Clarence Peters, Jim Marks, some Nimbus West records and his most recent is a Steve Kuhn reissue. Worth checking out. It’s called Eating Standing, a bit like Qbico/Sagittarius-a-star. For people like me that can’t find/afford the OGs, it’s a good quality alternative.
I got a copy of that Pharoah from Teddy before the price got out of hand. The Folkways LP I have a reissue that is also getting tough to pull. Love that record. The Italian album I need to look into. Keep this series rolling man. Finding the rare shit. It’s what we live for.

I’ve told you this before but my 2 biggest record regrets are shown in this video. Ugh. It pains me to think about it ever time. Lyman Woodard and the pharaoh. Crazy you have a copy of at the helm!! Another one that is insane in price. 1K plus. Definitely a few things I’ve never even heard of. Add them to the list.
Those are some killer finds. That Pharaoh Sanders record is amazing. Can I ask what kind of inner and outer sleeves you use? The clarity and fit look really good.
These records are no joke! Thanks for showing these. That Live Without Fear LP was repressed in 2019 but the repress is like $60. I heard you say that “represses are like neckties” so now I’m just gonna wait to get a OG. Would you pay 60 for the repress?
Honestly...if it's one of those repressed lps that gives backstories...txt on the jacket...maybe even a 180gram disc...sure I would do it. But if its just a straight repress with no add-ons...nope I wouldn't do it.
You should see the prices in the UK' insane!! the trouble is there is no point in digging anymore' everyone looks up the prices on Discogs' so no bargains to be had' plus most of the stuff i like is US Jazz' so we have to pay the shipping as well' been watching your videos for years now' keep em coming and stay safe
