concept easy samjhaya. Par short cut calculation ke liye aisa kijiye= lenght( in feet) x B ( in inch) x H( in inch). aur jo product hoga usko 144 se divide kar do cft aa jayega.
But ea video sabko clear sanjhane ke liye ki ku hum 12 ya 144 se divide kor rehe hai.

Simple calculation is ....L x B x H(ft) divided 144 equal to CFT
1x1.5x1.5/144 = 0.015625 CFT and if you multiple with the price of wood you'll get price of your actual CFT
