And had NJ issues so you need to ahu out the noise and have a good time. I need you to explore the unknown places like Robin Island, the falls, the wines countryside instead of malls and movies . Don't forget your audience who wants to attract, outside of Africa. But I know Canada , UK, and American paid more for your contents. So please go beyond malls, and movies theater. We don't have villages in Gauteng ,cape town or cities ,we have townships and informal settlement
Townships is where black people were forced to stay during apartheid e.g Soweto,alexandra ,vosloo etc
Informal settlement is places where people migrate from their countries or rural areas coming to JHB to work and build shacks
Rural area are ancestral land or land owned by chief ,you find them in Limpopo ,KZN ,Eastern Cape,mpumalanga etc .She will need to drive 6 hrs or more

@@rinaemukumela3038Gauteng and Cape Town do have the countryside or rural side. Even though it is not occupied by predominantly black people, black people can live there if they want and can afford. In Gauteng we have Middelsdruft and in Capetown we have the Wine Route.

Sorry, in Johannesburg it's Muldersdrift and not Middelsdrift. I have made a point to mention these places, because I really love them and always visit them to unwind. As a black South African, I refuse to be boxed into places that are predominantly Black. I believe the whole of South Africa is my home. I also hate it when Blacks are associated with dirty or filthy places. You don't have to be rich to live in a beautiful place. All you need is pride.
Caster put on your Seat Belt if you are sitted infront, if you are stopped by the Police without Seat Belt on here in SA - it is a big problem.

@@CharmaineHall-x3g I noticed that sometimes she is not wearing it, and sometimes the driver is not. I have been into 2 horrible accidents, if it wasn't for the seatbelt I was wearing I would have been a torpedo flying straight to heaven, or that other place. I am a good person though, so the first one.

Also visit soweto. Do mall tours like maponya mall, jabulani mall, protea mall, n others. Visit state of the out schools like pace high school n others. Take a train ride from naledi station to joburg station

The old town is rundown. Johannesburg is big , it is twice the size of New city , if you include the surrounding areas around the old CBD .

every country has a bad side. this area is where poor south africans and illegal immigrants reside. remember SA is the only country in the world that doesn’t have refugee camps. so refugees from all over Africa are roaming anywhere and are allowed to find employment

Dee my fist comment. I saw that video where someone was teaching you to use fork. As someone who had to use knife and fork as a child growing up up. First it wasn’t a cake fork and you were holding the fork right like someone who knows how to use it. It was a perfect hold for cake you weren’t eating a main course meal. Caster do not go to the city , the malls in the suburbs are cool, Yoville is crowded but that's where Congolese and Mozambique's people sell African food.

It is also important to note that the majority of people there are illegal immigrants, that is why they don't like cameras around that area. South Africa has the largest number of immigrants in Africa, which creates a lot of problems and leads to South Africans being labeled xenophobic. Immigrants have literally taken over all our city centers, except for Cape Town. 😢😢.
The ANC government has been very accommodating to illegal immigrants, and allowed the situation to get out of hand, but the DA party which governs Cape Town has always had a strict approach.
I would advise that you visit the Farmers Market on Sunday, it’s a really nice vibe.
Also check out Soweto Vilakazi Street. There are many restaurants on that street selling delicious South African food.

City center is highly populated which includes Yeoville, Hillbrow and crime level is high,.. But in suburbs like Rosebank, Sandton things are good., but then you pay more for that. Pretoria is better for me

If you want to see Pretoria, I would advise that you take a train from Rosebank to Hartfield and explore that area than you can then uber Menlyn or the Union Buildings which is in Pretoria. The train ticket to Pretoria ( Hartfield) is about 65 to 80 rands, you can also only use uber, but that would be more expensive.

That crowded place looks to me like Yeoville it used to be one of upmarket places, but has since been taken over by our brothers and sisters from other African countries. Your driver doesn’t seem to know these places. Ask him to take you to Kwa Mai Mai or to the Township to get the real experience of local foods and culture, it’s but some of the places to visit.

I am a South African, but there are some low market places, I would never go to, because they are dirty and unhygienic, just like the one you went past. I have also never been to a restaurant, where they dish food from a plastic bag, that is shocking!😮😮
You can go to fancy places like Sandton City, Rosebank, Melrose Arch, Mall of Africa etc, and get affordable places to eat at.
