From the comments it appears that this programme is being watched regularly by many people of that continent. She is also bringing news from tiny Pacific islands. I hope that she will increase her coverage of Latin America too.
Cocoa Farming and collection had questioned earlier for using child labor with very low price in different African Countries. Anyway, each fruits have a suitable climatic condition (Temperature, rain, humidity, salinity). If too much distortion, production will fall. Cocoa is a dry land trees can tolerate small rain too much rain is not good condition of production.
Who uses real cocoa? Most international chocolate brands use CBR,CBS,CBA derived from palm kernel oil & shea butter..... It is unethical, but when were the westerners ethical?
All about cocoa prices, no emphasis on the tragedy of the expolitation of these farmers where now they will receive no compensation from the chocolate companies or the government.
