One of the makeup tables in the non vip room, you can go in by using 360 dance(I forgot what is it call)but u need to wait for awhile then you can go in you will see the void but jump and climb to the mountain then you go to the makeup table and click it and BOOM you are inside the vip room but you can only use some items (I don't know how to get out tho)

There is another way go to freeplay mode then go to the entrance near the judge chair it work on both of the side then use pose 28 then jump on the entrance it will have a thin line then jump while jump u will do this jump in the front like ur going down and then u jump up then go like the way before And then ur on the roof
