For iOS you can just go 2 files then tap on the file in it will send you to Mc and the import will start

​@@zfr_lpujas7360for iOS you first need to download the file and then go to your file manager where you can see and change the locations of your files then you have to go and find the file that you downloaded and then it's as simple as clicking on it and then choosing to open it using Minecraft then minecraft will open up and after that you should see it in your resource packs hope it helps

Ok I made it work. Open your files(not file manager) app and just click the file. Then go to settings>global resources>activate. Unfortunately this only works for iOS
