Ok. So. The bowl has been used for cooking all day. I clean the bowl. If you see my sifter. It was cleaned all the way through. The only thing that’s in this bowl is popcorn, sugar, oil and butter. The kettle cooks at like 400 degrees. I clean the kettle and the sifter, scoops and sample containers every shift. Everything I use is food safe. Negative comments will be deleted. If you have nothing nice to say, there’s no need to say it.
I'm starting at my first market next week. For product i have 2 50lb bag's of corn, 2 35lb things of oil, 25lbs of sugar. Plus salt. If i calculated right, that's about what i need. Your thoughts? Also, what is the estimated profit margin for 2 bags?

@@x73. I have a sugar bucket handy. I think for a full bag of corn. You have half an oil to a full and half a sugar to a full. I do a 2-1-1 ratio. 2 cups of corn, one cup of sugar.
Hi! Can I use any other oil besides soybean oil? Because I am allergic to soybean? Can you use corn oil or olive oil? Or anything other type? Thank you!

Depending on your prices. Also quality of corn I get between $700-$900 a bag of corn.
