    -Start hitting my protein goals

    Honestly, my April goal is to just make it through! It will be one year since my dad has passed and it just brings up all the feelings and memories. I feel like we get so caught up in what other things are going on that we don’t even see the person in front of us.     I've been working on so many goals since starting 2024, but for April I want to focus on hip mobility. I am soooo sore and really need to get in the habit of daily stretching. Incorporating one new goal each month instead of trying to tackle them all at once has really helped!
