I’m seeing a lot negative comments saying her interpretation of the song was wrong. With all due respect, a song can be interpreted however you want and can have a completely different meaning to you. Taylor is a very talented song writer and she is great at telling a story. It’s okay if people don’t know all the lore behind a song. You can still appreciate her music and talent without knowing every detail. People really need to stop being so harsh. Thanks for all reaction videos and the hard work you put into them. I really enjoy it!

I enjoy the two of you so much but please do your research on what Taylor's songs are really about. Your explanations are usually wrong and that's irritating to Swifties. You are close in this video but Taylor wrote this story in response to how the media portrays her. She talks about this several times. I actually think Sebs would really like some of the songs on evermore and folklore.
The location is famous, it's Oheka Castle, I believe in Huntington NY. FYI, Love you guys together! Enjoy the Swift Express, don't fight it Sebs, you're a Swifty! 🤗 Welcome!
You mentioned being attacked by Swifties. I’ve watched a few of your TSwift reactions, as well as others (Queen, Phil Collins, Led Zeppelin, etc). And I’ve noticed that you repeatedly comment on Swift’s songs about how “surprised” you are that she had clever lyrics and a sense of humor or ability to act/perform. Or, you mention how shocked you are that you enjoyed it, no matter how many songs of hers you have heard. But you almost never state that you would listen to any of the songs again, in my experience. Instead closing with lukewarm reviews, even if your wife mentions how/why she chose the song that she thought you would most enjoy. You are markedly stingier on any positives for her music than any other artist I have seen you review. And you do not have much of an open mind when it comes to her despite your wife liking her music. I’m glad you think she might be a nice person, as you keep mentioning her well-known generosity. But, it is starting to seem like you might only be reviewing her music to get views/subscribers to your channel. At this point, maybe just admit that you are not a fan and move on? There is nothing wrong with that, as her fans mostly want people to make an informed opinion instead of basing the dislike on prejudice or gossip or misogyny. I would still check out your reviews and reactions to other artists as I find them quite enjoyable. Or, if you do honestly want to learn about her music and talent, and provide a new appeal for her fans, you could try and balance your reactions to her music. There are lots of blind reactions from self-proclaimed “non-Swifties” out there. If you want to try something new, maybe your wife could more fully research the song and background and meanings/theories to to provide a counterpoint to your blind reactions. That would provide a great foundation for your critique and an interesting dialogue between you. Maybe if you knew more about the song, the whole story, it could round out your opinion. If it still wasn’t to your liking, at the very least it would be interesting viewing. That would likely achieve a more positive response from the Swifties, as it would feel more genuine in intent, and be quite refreshing in the sea of Swift analyses out there. Just my own opinion. I do not speak for all Swifties, of course. Just me. But I would definitely be interested…

Your wife really don't know about Taylor at all. This is a satire against the media portraying Taylor as that character where she is nothing like that character. Please do your research better.
No, she's right. It's the bridge. The "boys only want love if it's torture" part is the bridge of the song. The chorus is the section "so it's gonna be forever, or it's gonna go down in flames."
Sry ya'll I think Taylor Swift is a " BLANK SPACE " and she needs to put some clothes on. I hope she's not paying full price cause she's not getting a whole outfit!!!!!
From what I’ve researched, the main issue seems to be her fame and career getting in the way. Her schedule is insanely busy and the paparazzi are after her constantly. It’s near impossible for her to have an outing or date someone without the whole world knowing. Also, she’s going to be more famous/successful/richer than 99.9% of the guys she would date. That can be an extremely tough pill to swallow for her partner. Ego has to be in check to handle that.
Actually, she took the character that the media and the haters make her out to be and made this song about it.

Ill know
Please react to Out Of The Woods, and the Making of it. It`s great.
You should actually tell him her cats names 😂
I enjoy the two of you so much but please do your research on what Taylor's songs are really about. Your explanations are usually wrong and that's irritating to Swifties. You are close in this video but Taylor wrote this story in response to how the media portrays her. She talks about this several times. I actually think Sebs would really like some of the songs on evermore and folklore.
The location is famous, it's Oheka Castle, I believe in Huntington NY. FYI, Love you guys together! Enjoy the Swift Express, don't fight it Sebs, you're a Swifty! 🤗 Welcome!
I Don't Want to Live Forever with Taylor and Zayn is a great video.
Taylor is an amazing talent who gets put in a box. But this song is a popular song generally. Not on my day to day playlist but i am a swifty and probably one of my fav music videos but not in my top 10 taylor songs
I love this song sm it's like top 30 discography for me
What box?
304..
Your wife really don't know about Taylor at all. This is a satire against the media portraying Taylor as that character where she is nothing like that character. Please do your research better.
Even satire has hints of truth. Years later that really has proven to be true for the real life inspo of the song.
@orphanedhanyou No. If you say that. Then you proven that you haven't followed Taylor at all. Quit being a hater.
59.1mil alone is on her oldest vid on her yt channel 😂😂😂
Its just like a political party...try not to define all swifties based on the actions of a few fanatics with zero chill
I once tried to count how many outfits she wore in this MV but gave up.
She's thinking of the word chorus, I think.
No, she's right. It's the bridge. The "boys only want love if it's torture" part is the bridge of the song. The chorus is the section "so it's gonna be forever, or it's gonna go down in flames."
@eljobo3258 not trying to be technical, I just think that's the word she was looking for
I could not possibly listen to this.
Why?
Sry ya'll I think Taylor Swift is a
" BLANK SPACE " and she needs to put some clothes on. I hope she's not paying full price cause she's not getting a whole outfit!!!!!
Sebs is a little slow on the uptake :::::eyeroll::::::
Yuk.
All her ex lovers. Maybe she’s the problem?
From what I’ve researched, the main issue seems to be her fame and career getting in the way. Her schedule is insanely busy and the paparazzi are after her constantly. It’s near impossible for her to have an outing or date someone without the whole world knowing.
Also, she’s going to be more famous/successful/richer than 99.9% of the guys she would date. That can be an extremely tough pill to swallow for her partner. Ego has to be in check to handle that.
@@rebecca_is_book-hooked I think they were just referencing Anti-Hero, but I am sure it isn't easy dating someone who is so busy and famous.
@@SplashofAsh225 Lol, thanks for the context!
Please STOP !!!
Sorry. 7 minutes of commentary before the video is just too much for me.
It's a 16 minute video 😂
