are you still in santa cruz if so you gotta go to monteray bay, hidden beach and downtown some fire street skate spots theres also the board walk which is just an amusment park not a lot of locals go idk why its supere fun theres also some cool street skate spots down there to

sounds stupid but next time build your own board, cut your own grip tape. do all the little things it takes to build your deck, take your time.
that way you begin to think of your board as your "baby" in a way. you think more carefully about how you treat it, pay closer attention when it has a problem, and maybe don't leave it at home

@@6lu5ky86 Yea, actually I do. But are you seriously about to compare setting up a skateboard to maintaining a car?
Sometimes I set up my own board and sometimes I don’t. In this case I didn’t have any tools and was away on vacation so I wouldn’t mind having it set up for me after a long day on the road. But you do you for sure :)
@@ellatheposerslife that's nice. just fyi a T skatetool cost like $10-20, never leave home without one. the skate shop will 100% let you use their tools- since this is a common request- many skaters wouldnt feel good about standing on a deck without checking it over. I've built my deck over a 100 times by now, still cant imagine not having the time or effort to do it. You are you though and I am me, that is for sure.
