I also found a tripod game on steam the game is "war of the worlds game"i did not have any access to it since is also not finished yet so but when i saw the cage opening i must play it but it's still not finish

True, but they never tell us what planet they come from in the movie so I just went with the planet that they're normally from in most other versions of the story.
